| Beschreibung: | 5571436 (9053) Jun 07, 1960; Bonn, GERMANY; On July 5th, 1960, the American Minister of the Army, Wilber Brucker, was received in Bonn by the Federal Minister of Defence, Dr. Franz-Josef Strauss. Brucker's visit to Germany became rather important through his declaration that the United States would agree if the Federal Republic of Germany would be equipped, within the NATO, with offensive arms like the 'Polaris' rocket.
