| Beschreibung: | 5576751 (9053) Sep 22, 1975; Pöcking, GERMANY; LENI RIEFENSTAHL has died at home in her sleep aged 101. She was most well known for the Nazi propaganda movies she made under the control of Hitler & his propaganda chief, Josef Goebels. She was tried and cleared of being a Nazi after the war but by then her career as a filmaker was over. She turned to still photography and spent years photographing the Nubas tribe of Sudan for which she won an award. Picture shows Leni during her 75th birthday.
